I’ve been in Sr. Leadership for over 11 years with an emphasis on Human Resources; Business Operations; Conflict Management; and building strong teams. I spent most of my career working in healthcare with an emphasis in contract management. Let me tell ya, what a journey and eye-opening experience that has been. I realized that forging relationships and developing people created a great culture while assisting people with maximizing their fullest potential. Ultimately, I realized that making people happy…simply made me happy.
